PYD: We will resist occupiers till the last breath

The Democratic Union Party issued a statement in the city of Kobani in response to the recent attack by the Turkish occupation state with drones, and the party considered that the aim of the attack was to intimidate and displace people.

A drone bombed the Turkish occupation at exactly 11:55 a.m. today, Monday; A motorcycle on the Aleppo road at the southern entrance to the city of Kobani. As a result, 3 civilians were wounded. Muhammad Bahjat Ayoub (25 years old), Khabat Adham (28 years old) and Alaa Abdul Razzaq (22 years old).

In response, the Democratic Union Party issued a statement from the scene of the attack, in the presence of a number of party members and administrators. The statement was read by a member of the General Council of the party, Ahmed Khoja, and it said: "For years, the Turkish occupation state has been attacking Rojava, especially the city of Kobani, which defeated ISIS mercenaries supported by it. Once again, the Turkish occupation state, led by Erdogan, is renewing its attacks with his assumption of the presidency for a new term.”

Ahmed Khoja referred to the attacks that affected al-Shahba, Sulaymaniyah and Kobani cantons, and said that the aim was to intimidate people and displace them to implement demographic change, but the people in Kobani believe in their resistance, and no matter what Turkey practices and attacks, the people will not bow.

At the end of the statement, Khoja said: "We, as the people of Kobani, will resist to the end on our land, no matter how many attacks, threats and massacres against us increase."
