​​​​​​​KCK: Our people outside the country must participate in the elections strongly

This came during a statement made by the Executive Council of the Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) regarding the May 14 elections in Turkey and Bakur (Northern Kurdistan).

KCK began its statement by saying, "The ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the National Fascist Movement Party is trying on the basis of the concept of liquidation and genocide that came into effect on July 24, 2015, using special methods of violence and war that history has not witnessed since that day, to liquidate the Kurdish movement, and the elimination of all the gains of the Kurds and the extermination of the Kurds, and the fascist regime began using chemical weapons, tactical nuclear weapons and all types of prohibited weapons when it fell under pressure in the face of the resistance of the Guerrilla forces, in addition to exerting pressure, arrests and war against our people, and tightening the system of torture and isolation imposed on the leader Ocalan, in order for the fascist ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party to carry out the war against the Kurds and annihilate them, it exerted severe pressure on the people in Turkey, and turned the entire country into a gang and Mafia system and led Turkey towards collapse and a social, political and economic crisis, and at the present time, the people in Turkey also want As far as the Kurdish people, liberation from the fascist ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party.

The struggle of our movement and our people defeated the powers of the Justice and Development Party and the nationalist movement

In its statement, the KCK affirmed, "The struggle we are waging as a people and a movement has led the ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the Nationalist Movement Party towards collapse. The ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the Nationalist Movement Party has been defeated in the face of our struggle, and this defeat and collapse deepens day after day. The Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party Kurdistan and Turkey will enter a new phase, and the biggest obstacle to the democratic struggle will be removed, and for the May 14 elections to create such a development, they express a very important stage, if the fascist coalition of the Justice and Development Party is toppled from power in the 14 elections May, the way will be cleared for the struggle for democracy, and this matter is also related to the people showing their will in a strong way in the May 14 elections, therefore, May 14 expresses an important stage for the struggle for liberation from the anti-Kurdish, racist, tyrannical, colonial and fascist power.

Our people outside the homeland should go to the polls and cast their vote

And she called on the Kurdish people outside the country to go to the polls and cast their vote: "As much as our people in Turkey and Kurdistan attach importance to these elections, our people outside the homeland must also attach importance to this election, and they must go to the polls and cast their vote, as the votes of our people outside the homeland is not an easy matter, and the votes outside the homeland will have a great impact on the election results, therefore, everyone should go to the polls, and they must cast their votes to overthrow the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party and the rise of democratic forces, and the support for votes from outside the homeland will be great on the struggle at home and the votes that our people will cast, therefore, our people abroad should consider casting a vote as a patriotic duty, and everyone should think about this and encourage each other to vote, and it should not only encourage, but also warn and criticize those who do not act with thinking, and every person who previously had the right to vote should inquire about the fact that he did not cast his vote, accept the criticism and decide to definitely go to these elections, and cast his vote at the time that was determined outside the country.

You must participate in the elections in a strong way

During the statement, KCK stressed the participation in the elections in a strong way and to avoid the previous failure: "In the past, our people did not go to the polls much and did not cast their votes, and this matter is a great failure for our people, so how can the Kurdish not cast his vote and not provide support in this way for the struggle Freedom and democracy in the homeland? Our people should not accept this matter in any way, the people of Kurdistan outside the homeland should not neglect even one vote, and participate in the elections in a strong way and avoid previous negligence, because these elections are very different from other elections, and no one should “I have a vote, if I cast it, and if I don’t cast it, it won’t have any effect,” he says. Even one vote will be very important, and no vote should be wasted, and our appeal to all patriotic Kurdistanis in Europe and elsewhere abroad is to go to ballot boxes and cast their votes.
