Oglo: quadripartite meeting in Moscow next week
The Foreign Minister of the Turkish occupation state, Mewlud Chawish Oglo, announced that a quadripartite meeting will be held in Moscow (Turkey, Russia, Syria, Iran) next week, in preparation for holding foreign ministers' talks.
In a press conference, Oglo said, "The meeting of defense ministers and intelligence chiefs from Turkey, Syria and Russia took place in the last period in a tripartite format, and then we agreed with the Iranian side on the previous visit of Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdallahian to Turkey on Iran's participation in the meetings within the framework of the Astana track talks." Pointing out that it is "the only track that has worked so far on the issue of the Syrian crisis."
He stated that "Turkey and Russia have announced that they have no problem or objection to Iran's participation in the talks related to the Syrian file within the framework of the Astana process, so that it becomes a quadruple format (Turkey, Russia, Syria, Iran), instead of a tripartite, so our goal is clear," stressing that "we have no problem at all with regard to The participation of any country or party in these talks, and we have no observations on Iran's participation.
He stressed that "talks and preparations for holding foreign ministers' talks in a continuous four-way format," announcing that "next week there will be a four-way meeting in Russia, in which deputy foreign ministers will participate, to prepare for the meeting of foreign ministers."
