AA in Jazera region launches "Complaints and Suggestions Web Portal"

Yesterday, the Democratic Autonomous Administration in Jazera region announced, through its official website, the launch of "Complaints and Suggestions Portal", in an effort to activate effective community participation in its institutions.

The "Complaints and Suggestions Portal" is a website dedicated to receive complaints and suggestions, as an effort to improve the quality of services provided by its institutions.

According to the website of Executive Council of Democratic Autonomous Administration in Jazera region, the site is a safe and confidential channel that is available for everyone to submit their proposals and present complaints, and the Autonomous Administration will respond to all proposals submitted to it, documenting, processing and responding to them with full transparency and responsibility.
