During 2022, the world witnessed many developments, however the most prominent event was the Russian military move in Ukraine, while some Arab countries witnessed political crises, whereas the Turkish state sought to restore its relations with some countries.

The Russian military move in Ukraine began during the year 2022; that caused an escalation with the West and this greatly affected the world economy, while the Turkish economic deterioration prompted Erdogan to resolve his differences with the countries of the region, including Egypt and the Gulf states, while crises and wars continued around the world at a time when climate change threatens the world's population with more severe waves of violence.

Beginning of the escalation between the West and Russia
