​​​​​​​ Arabs and Circassians: We will confront occupiers

 The resistance of the people of northern and eastern Syria in the face of the Turkish occupation state is respected at home and abroad.  Although the Turkish occupation state tried during the ten years all methods to displace the residents of the region and occupy their land, it failed.

 During the recent attacks that began in late November, the Turkish occupation state tried to launch massive attacks to eliminate the resistance of the people, but the people stood by the Syrian Democratic Forces.

 In this context, the co-chair of the Circassian Society, Samer Habaq, told our agency, "The people of the region showed great popular resistance in the face of the attacks and threats of the Turkish occupation state on northeastern Syria."

 Habaq stated, "The Turkish occupation army continues to bomb northeastern Syria. It does not differentiate between the Arab, Turkmen, Kurdish, or Circassian component. With the increase in its attacks, we saw that the people organized themselves on the principle of the revolutionary people's war, and showed great resistance against threats and attacks on  region. Its echo spread in international forums."

 Habaq, from the Circassian component, confirmed at the end of his speech, "We are the ones who liberated our regions from the largest terrorist organization (ISIS), and we are continuing with popular resistance. Today we are defending and protecting our land."

 We will stand with our forces and the people of our region to confront the enemy

 For his part, Sheikh Fahd Shalash, one of the sheikhs of the Bani Said clan in Manbij, said, "Today, the Turkish occupation is carrying out a fierce attack on the regions of northeastern Syria, and is creating all pretexts to carry out a military operation there, with the aim of restoring its Ottoman glories."

 Shalash confirmed during his speech, "We are the people of the region and the sheikhs of the Arab tribes in Manbij. We will stand behind our forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, in all regions of northeastern Syria, not only in the city of Manbij."

 Sheikh Fahd Shalash stressed at the end of his speech, "We will increase and intensify the pace of our cohesion with the forces of the Manbij Military Council to protect our country, and we will continue our struggle and we will continue to follow the principle of legitimate defense.  from our land."
