​​​​​​​Another evidence of using banned weapons by Turkish occupation state, come out

 The agency filmed scenes of the prohibited bombs of the Turkish occupation army that were used against the Guerrilla to tighten the screws on the Guerrilla, in Werxile Square in the legitimate defense areas.

 Finally, on December 15, the People's Defense Forces revealed the outcome of the eight-month battles, and indicated that the Turkish occupation state had used 3,152 banned bombs.

 According to the outcome of the battles between April 14 and December 14, information was provided on the prohibited and chemical weapons that were used: the phosphorous bomb, the thermobaric bomb, the tactical nuclear bomb and chemical weapons.

 During the aforementioned period, the People's Defense Forces documented, with photos and videos, the use of banned weapons by the Turkish occupation state several times.

 The use of gas bombs is prohibited in war

 One of the prohibited weapons used by the Turkish occupation state is gas bombs.

 In the Chemical Weapons Convention, which was signed on January 13, 1993 and entered into force in 1997, it was forbidden to use these gases in war, and Turkey was among the 193 countries that signed this agreement.

 On the website of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), which ignores the chemical attacks of the Turkish occupation state, it is said that “if riot control elements use materials such as tear gas as a means of war, it will be considered as a chemical weapon.”
