​​​​​​​Turkish occupation escalates its attacks and its bombardment continues on more than 25 villages

Turkish occupation and its mercenaries began shelling Ain Issa and western countryside of Girê Spî since 4:00 p.m. yesterday, October 9.

Where the Turkish occupation escalated from all frontlines in Ain Issa, and most villages in the eastern, northern and western countryside were bombed, and all villages in the countryside of the city of Girê Spi, located on the frontlines with the occupation, were also subjected to heavy bombardment.

Turkish occupation bombed the center of populated Ain Issa district and the outskirts of M4 international road, in conjunction with the movement of people's cars on the road.

ANHA correspondents captured footage showing the shells falling close to cars and trucks crossing the international road on the outskirts of Ain Issa district.

As a result of the Turkish occupation's bombing of the area with missiles, mortars and tanks, great material damage was caused to the homes and properties of the people, and the mosque of Al-Fatsa village, east of Ain Issa, was directly bombed, which led to the destruction of large parts of it.

According to ANHA correspondents, the villages that has been bombed since yesterday are "Al-Jadida, west of Ain Issa, Al-Msherfa, east of Ain Issa, Saramad, Al-Fatsa, the vicinity of Ain Issa and its center, Al-Hawija, Um al-Baramil, Al-Ghazli, Zenobia, Khirbet al-Baqr, and the vicinity of Kobani Company for cement".

While the shelling on the village of Al-Fatsa, 15 km east of the center of Ain Issa district, continues until the moment of preparing the news.

Turkish escalation in Ain Issa coincided with artillery shelling of the villages of "Bozkej and A'aun al-Dadat" north of Manbij city, with 19 shells yesterday evening, and the village of "Al-Kawkli" in the liberated eastern countryside of al-Bab city, according to Media Center of Manbij Military Council.

In the same context, ANHA correspondents reported that the village of Al-Dardara in northern countryside of Tal Tamr district and the village of Um al-Kaif, west of the district, was bombed this morning with heavy weapons, and the villages of Bubi, Al-Asadiya and Daada Abdal in the countryside of Zarghan district witnessed yesterday evening violent shelling that coincided with the escalation in Ain Issa.

Turkish escalation, which coincides with the third anniversary of Turkish occupation attack on Serêkaniyê area and Girê Spî, endangers the lives of the citizens of the region, and it also violates the terms of the ceasefire agreements signed in 2019.
