Tal Abyad Military Council pledges to liberate the occupied territories

Tal Abyad Military Council pledged on the third anniversary of Turkish occupation attack on the district of Tal Abyad, to escalate the resistance until the liberation of all occupied territories and the failure of Turkish plans.

Tal Abyad Military Council made a statement on the third anniversary of the occupation attack on Tal Abyad district and the Serêkaniyê area by Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

The statement was made at the headquarters of the council in Ain Issa district, by the commander of Tal Abyad Military Council, Riyad al-Khalaf.

The commander of Tal Abyad Military Council began by saying: "Turkish occupyation state, since its occupation attack on Tal Abyad district on October 9, 2019, has committed a number of crimes and violations against civilians and service facilities in the occupied area, as well as the policies of murder and kidnapping against the people of those areas."

He pointed out that Turkish occupier is pursuing a systematic policy with the aim of dividing the occupied territories in preparation for their final annexation to his "alleged Empire", that through the policy of Turkification and demographic change that he is pursuing there, in addition to making those areas a place for new terrorist elements that spread terrorism and undermine international peace.

Al-Khalaf stressed "based on the responsibilities assigned to us as the Sons of resistant Syrian peoples, we are working to confront and resist these plans, which daily affects the territory of the district on the front lines through continuous shelling on civilian villages to undermine security and stability in them, and break the will of the people by pushing them to surrender."

At the end of the statement, the commander of Tal Abyad Military Council pledged to escalate the resistance until the liberation of all the occupied territories and thwart the attempts of the Turkish occupier to occupy any inch of it.
