Sheikho: Turkey seeks to make its continuous bombing a normal thing

The co-chair of Executive Council in Manbij and its countryside, Muhammad Khair Sheikho, said that Turkish occupation state, through its continuous bombing, seeks to make it a normal thing for the world.

Turkish occupation army recently escalated its bombardment on the frontlines between the forces of Manbij Military Council and Turkey's mercenaries, resulting in injuries to citizens and material damage to their homes.

All of these crimes take place in the absence of any reaction from the international community and human rights organizations, which watch in silence what Turkey is doing in Syria.

Muhammad Khair Sheikho, began his speech by noting that Turkish occupation continues to bombard the frontlines between Syrian Democratic Forces and the occupied areas, noting that these attacks include attacks on citizens from Shahba Canton to Tal Tamr district in Jazeera region.

He continued, "Turkey seeks, by targeting these areas, to make it a normal thing for all the peoples of the world and all the countries sponsoring peace, but the steadfastness of the people of these border villages is their message to Turkish occupation state that they are the owners of the right and the land and they just want to live in safety and stability."

Sheikho stated that in the last week, Turkish occupation intensified its bombing on the frontlines, and the result of this attack was the demolition of a number of houses and the injury of a number of citizens, including the elderly, women and children.

Sheikho added: "The whole world sees these abuses and continuous attacks, but international arena remain silence, so we call on countries that sponsor peace and human rights organizations to find a solution and stop these continuing crimes on north and east Syria."

And about the administration's position on these attacks, Sheikho affirmed that Civil Administration in Manbij condemns these attacks, and said: These are unfair attacks against our people in these areas, and Turkish occupation's attacks are not limited to bombing the area, It also includes cutting off the waters of Euphrates River, which negatively affects the service, agricultural and animal sectors.

At the conclusion of his speech, co-chair of Executive Council in Manbij and its countryside sent a message to the people, in which he said: "We in Civil Administration take our strength from your steadfastness, you must remain steadfast because you are the owners of the right and the legitimate owners of the land."
