Turkish occupation state is said to have brought the 'Village Guards, in Shirnakh to be used in fighting against the guerrilla fighters, in Medya Defense Zones.

According to Mesopotamia news agency, some 120 mercenaries of the so-called – Village Guards' were brought from the Shirnakh village of Dir gul and sent to the Metian region of the Medya Defense Zones in Southern Kurdistan.

According to the agency in question, quoting a source, those were brought after the impotence by the Turkish occupation state to inflict defeat against the guerrilla fighters.

The source in question said that Najim Dermir, brother of Nadim Demir, a head of a municipality controlled by the Justice and Development Party, influenced those  mercenaries to take part in the fighting against the guerrilla fighters.

The source said those 120 were sent along with Umar Gul and Abdullah Shemshak, their commanders.
