Ito said: "We are now in Ramadan, which should be the month of peace. What is happening is the opposite. The Turkish occupation army brutally and immorally targets the homes of defenseless civilians with drones without accountability."

Referring to the position of the international community, Ito said: "At this time, the international community has become just a name on paper, as well as humanitarian organizations, and if it were not for that, we would have now seen them hold the Turkish occupation state accountable for their massacres, but unfortunately everything has become linked to the interests of these countries that  the people of the region will be annihilated.”

Mustafa Ito sent a message to countries that claim to protect the rights of oppressed peoples, saying: "If they are really serious about fighting terrorism, they should stand in the face of Turkey, the spiritual father of terrorism, wake up from their slumber, and close the way to the Turkish massacres."

'The wall that is being built today in  Şengal is a sequel to the genocide of peoples'

The co-chair of the Kobani Canton Council, Mustafa Ito, concluded his speech by saying: "The Turkish war on peoples who aspire for freedom is not limited to here, but also extended to areas outside the borders of the Autonomous Administration.  Who has been struggling for ages to gain his freedom, and they want to break this will with their attacks, and our people’s will is not broken no matter how besieged it is.”
