​​​​​​​Bayik: The Kurds must escalate their struggle for the physical freedom of leader Ocalan

Co-chair of Commanding Committee of Kurdistan Communities Union ,KCK, Jamil Bayik sent a message on the occasion of Newroz, stressing that "this Newroz should become the beginning of physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan, which is the demand of Kurdish people."

And he said in a video message on the occasion of Newroz celebration in German city of Frankfurt, "All days must turn into Newroz, and all mistakes and shortcomings must be burned with the fire of Newroz, and our people must rehabilitate themselves on the basis of unity, struggle and victory."

The message stated the following:

On behalf of KCK, I congratulate leader Abdullah Ocalan on the occasion of Newroz, the people of Kurdistan and beyond, the friends of Kurdish people, Guerilla fighters, and the resisting prisoners in prisons, and I wish them victory, and I bow in honor and respect for all the martyrs of Kurdistan, and I renew my vow to them.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan established Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) and lead Kurdish people on the day of Newroz, and freedom movement began in Newroz in 1973, led by a group of comrades, there is a historical approach owned by leader Abdullah Ocalan, in which he says: "History is hidden in this day, and we are hidden at the beginning of history," so he established a leadership for Kurdish people with Kurdistan Workers Party and escalated it in the spirit of Newroz.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan is now in Imrali Island prison, under conditions of extreme isolation, for the sake of Kurdish people, our people and our friends must stand with leader Ocalan in the spirit of Newroz, Therefore, this Newroz should be the launch of the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan. And this is what Kurdish people are required to do, because only in this way can they prove their position towards the leader, a historic step was taken, in order to release leader and remove Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) name from "terror list".

PKK is a humanitarian movement, and because the leader and PKK are waging the struggle of Kurdish people for freedom and creating the values of freedom and democracy for all mankind, the leader is subjected to brutal isolation, and PKK is listed on "terror list", so the Kurdish people and their friends fight until the release of the leader, and remove the name of PKK from this list, this is a historic mission.

It will also result in the release of the leader, and the removal of Kurdistan Workers Party name from "terror list", the fall of the authority of Justice and Development Party (AKP) and Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), and thus it will be achieved in Turkey, democracy, Autonomous-Administration and Kurdish people freedom and also Kurdistan. It will, in turn, lead to the spread of democracy in Middle East.

There is a great struggle in Ghary, Mam Rasho, Gre Sor, Zendora and Raxela, our comrades have risen to the rank of martyrdom. On this occasion, I offer my deepest condolences to the families of the martyrs and I remember them with gratitude, the martyrs who fought not only for PKK and northern Kurdistan, but for the whole people of Kurdistan and humanity, so they are the martyrs of Kurdistan and humanity.

We celebrate Newroz this year, within the third world war, where there is a dirty war, and the capitalist modernity system wants to overcome the crises it is going through, because it was revealed that the capitalist modernity system is responsible for diseases and the war on humanity, but the obstacles of capitalist modernity and the diseases it spreads, strengthen the spirit of Newroz is more important and the significance of Newroz spirit for all of humanity is better understood. Only in this spirit we stop the war and the spread of diseases limited. Otherwise, it is impossible to stop the war and liberate humanity and democracy.

It also seems that this year will be a difficult year, because Turkish occupation and Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) are preparing to launch new attacks on legitimate defense areas. PDK has chosen to collude with Turkish occupation, and the fascist Turkish occupation standing on the same frontlines against Kurdish people, their goal is to deal a major blow to Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) this year, And they are taking some steps for that, Kurdish people must see this truth well and prepare to confront it everywhere, and they must escalate their struggle against treason, and there is only one way, which is resistance and victory, no national unity has been established with Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK), because Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) chose genocide and to serve the fascist Turkish occupation.

We have to turn all our days into Newroz, just as the previous mistakes must be burned with the fire of Newroz, our people must be reconfigured on the basis of unity, struggle and victory, and if the Kurdish people take this as a basis, they can achieve the goal of freedom that they planned.

The Kurdish people declared several uprisings in Newroz, resisted in the north, south, east and west, and hundreds were martyred, thanks to that, we reached to these developments. We prepared ourselves, on the basis of protecting Newroz, loyalty and devotion to the martyrs, the souls of martyrs, the goals of martyrs.

If there is a weakness in this spirit, both Newroz and Kurdish people will fail the enemy pursues a policy of genocide against the Kurdish people in order to defeat this policy, and the enemy can't eliminate the Kurdish people and Newroz. And the Kurdish people can live freely within the framework of democratic values, as can the peoples of the Middle East and humanity.

The Kurds rose up on March 8, and struggle for freedom, this situation had a great impact on women all over the world. The Kurdish woman is struggling not only for herself, but also for the Kurdish people, peoples and humanity. The Kurdish woman is carrying out this historic mission in her struggle for democracy, freedom, herself, Kurdish people and humanity, Kurdish women follow the path set by leader Abdullah Ocalan for women, and thus have a great impact on women, society and humanity. They are an example and great hope, I congratulate Kurdish women on this occasion. For their part, Kurdish youth continue their struggle with great courage for Kurdish people and humanity, and they engage in all activities, sacrificing their lives for the sake of homeland, the people and humanity, for this reason I send my greetings to the Kurdish youth and salute them.

During the week of resistance, we will escalate our struggle to reach the highest level on April 4, and all this within the framework of 2022 program. Kurdish people have made the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan and the removal of Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) name from "terror list", One of its priorities.

We will continue our struggle within the framework of this program, and on this basis, I congratulate you on the occasion of Newroz and wish you success. Long live leader Abdullah Ocalan, and long live Newroz."
