 Jurists from Raqqa and the Euphrates region stressed the need to establish an international court to hold ISIS mercenaries detainees in northeastern Syria accountable, and it should be a priority of the international community, because their presence is a burden on the Autonomous Administration from the security and economic side.  (photos and video attached).
