Berivan Khaled: AANES will proceed to receive political recognition

In an interview with ANHA Berivan Khaled said the ''Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria since its establishment in the Jazira that was the nucleus of the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria faced a lot of hardships militarily especially by the Turkish occupation state that occupied some areas in Afrin, Ras al-Ain and Tal Abyad . those threats were always impeding  the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria  to develop''.

Berivan Khaled said there are issues that are very heavy for the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria to bear '' we called upon many international associations to give a hand of help but they did not approach us seriously, and there are issue such as raw materials that are not available to us in addition to political files ''.

Berivan said a budget has been allotted to women to consolidate the role played by women in the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and many decisions were made in the meeting to support feminist projects''.

On the political arena Berivan said '' we will proceed to seek  political recognition whether diplomatically or developing relations internationally, and stress was laid to broaden the work of the Foreign Relations Department via developing ties with neighboring countries, especially the Arab ones and Europeans''. 

On the approach undertaken by the international community Berivan lashed out at the way that they did not receive any support for the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria in the last years as the region underwent war and incurred destruction and rarity of services and capabilities though the region fought terror on behalf of the whole world for which the whole world is indebted to the Syrian Democratic Forces and people of North and East Syria''.   

Berivan said the ''region is undergoing a tight blockade by the Turkish occupation state and the authority in Damascus and all demands and appeals to open borders and the seek to support the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria of our aims that were discussed''.

Berivan concluded the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria faces hardships economically, militarily and politically though our demand is clear that is an intra-Syrian dialogue and our project is that of the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and we have nothing with separation from the Syrian state''.
