The international conspiracy began with the departure of leader Abdullah Ocalan from Syria on 9 October 1998. With the participation of the United States of America, Britain, Israel, Gladio, the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Mossad, the British Intelligence Service (MI6), Turkish Intelligence (MÎT) and Greek Intelligence, he was kidnapped on 15 February 1999 and extradited to the Turkish State, a conspiracy that lasted 23 years.

The international conspiracy in the person of leader Abdullah Ocalan against all society and its movements. When leader Abdullah Ocalan evaluates in his arguments the plot stages that have affected him, his analyses illustrate the background of this conspiracy: "The first phase started in Moscow; I've seen the real face of the betrayal. The second stage was in Rome; I didn't give up dignity for capitalist games. The third stage was in Athens; I was shocked by an unexpected betrayal. Phase IV was in Nairobi; There I was extradited to Turkey where they wanted the death penalty for me. "

Leader Abdullah Ocalan describes this stage as a "quartet conspiracy." We assessed this stage with Ahmet Yaman, representative of the Kurdish National Liberation Front (ERNK) in Rome, who stayed 65 days with leader Abdullah Ocalan at the time.

* When and where did you first meet leader Abdullah Ocalan?

In 1998 I was a representative of the Kurdistan National Liberation Front (ERNK) in Rome. When the leader arrived in Italy; We went to Russia from the way the Italian government secured us, and I had a government representative with me. We met the leader at Moscow Airport. When we got off the plane, we received some people. We met somewhere at the airport. To me it was unspeakable happiness.

How did leader Abdullah Ocalan receive you?

When I first saw the leader at Moscow airport, we had a warm and friendly meeting, it affected me a lot when I first met him, like we knew each other a long time ago.

What did you talk about on the way to travel?

It is very important for man to talk to leader Ocalan about political themes, cultural crises, crises of world history; Because he's a very wise person. On the same day we got to know us at Moscow Airport, we got on a plane several hours later and went to Rome. On the way we were sitting next to each other. He spoke to me about Rome, providing me with information about Rome that I did not know before, even though I had been in Rome for many years.

It's a world about almost everything, it's an impulsive and honest human being, respecting man. Wherever it is that makes it important and builds honest relationships with people, it's important to have a human being with him. His dealings with people brought people closer to him and reassured him. He was thinking about everyone.

* How were you received in Rome?

When we came to Rome I stayed with the leader alone for 3-4 days, and as a result of the internment phase we were staying in a hospital. Italy's preparations were very good. As you know, the leader came to Italy at the invitation of the Italian government. Many Italian friends and parties also invited him to come to the country. At that time Massimo D'Alema was Prime Minister and held a supportive position of us. When we proposed to him that leader Abdullah Ocalan come to Italy, he accepted the proposal without thinking, and we organized everything with the Government.

* Where did leader Abdullah Ocalan stay? Who took over security?

Heavy security measures have been taken in the house where the leader stayed in Rome, the house was in a neighbourhood outside Rome, three storeys surrounded by a walled garden with high walls. The security protection was extremely sensitive, and various sections of the Italian police took joint security measures, and guard shifts continued around the house, neighborhood and living room of the house. The people who were coming to meet the leader were passing three security points until they reached him. The measures were already intense. We were also very careful. The guest comrades were staying for days and weeks, there were a lot of sessions to talk about, the comrades there were preparing food, the leader was going to his room at 10:00 or 10:30, and he was up very early, he was sitting with friends as much as possible. Many times he did sports in the garden of the house.

Who came to meet him in Rome?

Major meetings took place in Rome. People from all over the world came to meet the leader. He has conducted meetings and interviews with friends and Italian media organizations, from Palestine to Greece and from European States. It was an example. He had a meeting with Mrs. Daniela Metrand. I was with him back then. The leader showed an important attitude during the meeting, especially since she, Daniela Metrand, insisted that the commander not leave Rome, and I was also accompanying him when he met with Pietro Angro, one of Italy's well - known national leaders. Many representatives of political parties, jurists and journalists have also come from Turkey, such as Taifun Taleb Oglu.

Leader Ocalan's influence was high. After my interviews with reporters, I noticed positive feedback. All those who interviewed him were happily leaving. He was having a positive impact on people, who had never seen him before, who didn't know him or who were nervous about him, when they were going in and meeting him, the atmosphere was changing, he was changing people's facial expressions. The leader with great disclosure power, I was a witness, but it's hard to say.

The leader went to Europe in order to end the war in Kurdistan and find a political solution to the issue. He had deep thoughts and concerned about the standard of war, massacres, and human casualties.

Discussions about a political solution took place many times. As he is in Europe, European countries can solve this issue.

What can the comrades in Europe do?

Can we reach victory to solve this issue?

He always thought about these questions. Many times he would say: "I did not come here to tour the hotels, the main source of this issue is Europe, the Lausanne Agreement, so Europe has a great responsibility to solve the Kurdish issue. I'm here to remind them, and ask them to try."

What did the Italian government do for the leader Ocalan? Can you explain the situation at that time?

As a result of the leader Abdullah Ocalan's presence in Italy, we agreed with the government through a joint statement.

D'Alema had said in a statement: "The leader of the Kurdish people is in our country, the basic reason for his task is to find a political solution to the Kurdish issue

Leader Ocalan and the PKK are against terrorism, and they support a political solution to the issue.” The leader had denounced all kinds of terrorism. At the same time, the leader made a statement after D'Alema, in which he explained the problem of joint life in a joint democratic republic of Turkey, and that they had no intention of dividing Turkey where they were compelled to engage in armed struggle, and they support stopping armed conflict, this created a great impact.

The second step, D'Alema had to inform the Italian Parliament. In the first session, he did and demanded the political asylum for the leader Ocalan in Italy.

D'Alema made it clear in Parliament that they want to resolve the Kurdish issue by peaceful means, and end the armed struggle, Turkey should welcome this step.

The heads of parliamentary blocs, right-wing parties and opposition parties made it clear that they support a political solution, and the leader must be granted political asylum, these moves created international recognition of the Kurdish issue.

How was position of the international conspiring powers towards these developments?

Italy's stage created a positive effect, certainly disturbed many, and in particular the anxiety of the international conspiring powers was exposed.

Despite the international call for the leader Ocalan, had it not been for the delay, Germany would have had to ask Italy to return him. Germany raised the international search despite the violation of its laws. When the international powers sought to expel the leader Ocalan from Italy, everything changed. In particular, the right-wing parties changed their positions. Why?

The main reasons were attempts of the international conspiring powers, for example; The conspiring powers began spreading "baby killers" propaganda through a number of major newspapers in Italy.

In fact, it was Turkey that fabricated these paid propaganda to break the positivity of the press and the great sympathy in Italy. We called it the media war.

Finally these propaganda stopped through a stern statement issued by D'Alema.

The conspiring powers knew that if the leader did not leave Italy, they would never be able to capture him physically. So they sought to create chaos until violent initiatives and discussions began in Rome, where the crisis escalated more and more.

D'Alema remained alone in the face of pressures of the conspiring forces and threats of the Turkish state to expel the leader from Italy. International conspiring powers and Turkey encircled Italy and forced it to expel the leader from Italy.

How did the leader Ocalan assess this situation at that time?

We have discussed this issue among ourselves a lot. The leader saw pressures and threats on government of Italy, he used to say, "We are here for the solution, but unfortunately we cannot find our interlocutors here either."

He was a critic of the European countries policies, he declared several times that Europe also could not guarantee him, he expressed his fears, saying, "I have no concern about me, my concern is that this war will grow more."

The leader wanted to stay in Rome, especially after the endeavors of D'Alema, who made it clear in his visits to Britain, America, France and Germany that this issue does not concern Italy only, so the European Union must take the decision to solve this dilemma. There was a possibility of solution after returning from those visits.

D'Alema said to these countries, "As long as this person is considered a terrorist, the PKK is also considered a terrorist, then let us set up an EU court in Rome and try Ocalan there." This proposal was initially accepted

An interim court, led by Italy, was to be set up. In fact, this was a strategy for D'Alema to put pressure on European governments.

Britain stood neutral and America declared that it was not against it and that it would not interfere.

In fact, the European Union countries started working on drafting its legal committee and drafting its legislation.

How did the leader Abdullah Ocalan evaluate this proposal?

We met with government representatives, and the leader also met with them every once in a while. He had doubts about whether he would agree to an international EU trial or not. When they talked to us about the proposal, we met the leader. He didn't think much and said:

Well, if this international court is real, we don't have an account that we can't give according to the right law," The leader accepted, but Turkey refused. The two sides must have accepted this court, as Turkey's very tough stance, many countries changed their stance while America remained neutral. Germany withdrew and unfortunately D'Alema was left alone again.

The leader showed a very modest approach. We have indicated several times that he should not leave Rome. But he was very sad because of the pressure on D'Alema.

He did not want to be a burden on him any more, because the leader saw that the political solution in Europe was not complete, so he left Rome.
