​​​​​​​Al-Abed: The attack on Al-Sinaa prison  attempt to repeat scenario of Mosul in 2014

 After the announcement by the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Internal Security Forces in northern, eastern and Syria to take control of the Al-Sinaa prison and the surrender of ISIS mercenaries, the Turkish occupation state began bombing northern and eastern Syria, Makhmour refugee camp and Shingal district.

 On this subject, our agency met with the Vice-President of the Joint Executive Council in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Hamdan Al-Abed, who at the beginning of his speech offered condolences to the families of the martyrs as a result of the recent attacks, and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded and extended his greetings and gratitude to the Syrian Democratic Forces, which thwarted all conspiracies being hatched  against the area.

 Al-Abed added that "some regional forces tried to take advantage of the recent events to disperse the Syrian Democratic Forces by threatening the areas of the Autonomous Administration, and these forces helped activate ISIS cells to carry out attacks against the Syrian Democratic Forces, andsow division among the components of the people."

 An attempt to repeat the Mosul scenario in 2014

 Hamdan Al-Abed touched on what was rumored about holding a security meeting that included the Turkish occupation and the Damascus government in Jordan, and said, "Despite their denial of this matter, plans have begun to appear," adding, "The purpose of provoking the events in the prison was to control Al-Hasakah, and then penetrate into the north of the country in an attempt to repeat the 2014 Mosul scenario.

 Al-Abed held the international community responsible for the attacks of the Turkish occupation on northern and eastern Syria, and stressed that "these attacks are evidence of Turkey's political and military failure." 

 The Syrian Democratic Forces had indicated, during a statement, the relationship of the international coalition to the attacks of the Turkish occupation state, and stressed that these attacks did not take place without his knowledge, and that Turkey is exploiting its silence to legitimize its attacks.

 Hamdan al-Abed pointed to the Turkish role in the attacks of ISIS cells on the al-Sinaa prison, stressing that it came with Turkish approval and support, saying: "In conjunction with the attack on al-Sina'a prison, Turkey began bombing all areas of the border strip, and when it failed to achieve its plan, which was thwarted by the Syrian Democratic Forces,  It began to intervene directly and bombed Derek and other areas such as Makhmour and Shingal, despite the fact that Makhmour camp is under the auspices of the United Nations, to distract the Syrian Democratic Forces from pursuing ISIS cells."

 The Vice-President of the Joint Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria noted the issue of prosecuting ISIS mercenaries and their danger, which is not limited to north and east Syria only, but also affects the whole world, and he continued, "Despite the repeated demands of the Autonomous Administration of the need for countries to withdraw their nationals from ISIS mercenaries, they are  It did not find deaf ears, and we hope that ISIS mercenaries will be tried in Syria, because the criminal will be tried at the place where he committed the crime."

 Al-Abed wondered, "Whether the recent attacks on Shingal, Makhmour and Dirk were given a green light and with American approval, as these areas are in US airspace, or is it an attempt by the international coalition, led by America, to return ISIS to the region."

 At the end of his speech, Hamdan Al-Abed called on the international community, the United Nations and the international coalition to have a real deterrent to the Turkish state, its criminality and its repeated attacks on north and east Syria, and for the international community to have a moral stance towards the Syrian Democratic Forces, which rid the world of ISIS terrorism.
