Aram Hana: resistance embodies popular decision

In Operation Peoples' Hammer in which 121 fighters of Syrian Democratic Forces and Internal Security Forces as well civilians there was an intrepid resistance performed.

Commenting on the issue, Syrian Democratic Forces spokesperson Aram Hana indicated the resistance by all people of north eastern Syria in repelling ISIS attacks against the Sina'a Prison in Hasaka is a Syrian victory and affirmation of social coherence.

Hana said ''forces and formations representing all North eastern Syria regions and peoples took part in the operation in the city of Hasaka. These forces were from Afrin up to Derik and Deir Ezzor and the resistance performed is a decision of struggle and resistance taken by our people''.

Hana said the victory attained recently substantiates Syrian Democratic Forces are able to protect the region from every kinds of dangers due to the solidarity people show to the military formations in the city of Hasaka to be a victory for Syria at large and another defeat inflicted upon ISIS''.  

On the role played by the Syrian National Coalition and the Syrian Government Hana said opposition seeks to exploit such events to serve their sectarian agendas hostile to the region. We have said time and again that we are one in North eastern Syria with no preference given to any part at the expense of the other''.

Hana indicated as well to the solidarity shown by the people of Ghweiran and Zuhour in providing cooperation and giving information on the mercenaries mobility that was the one pillar of victory attained in Hasaka''.
