Alfred Riachi: Syria needs AANES model

In a statement made to ANHA Head of the Continual Federal Congress said the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria proved a success '' country like Syria that houses many ethnicities, religions and sects needs this experiment that ought to be developed and be regulated in a federal system and take into account the sectarian religious and ethnic specificities in Syria similar to the Swiss one.   

Riachi said all authoritarian regimes fell to the ground, adding systems should be represented by components each within its geography and not be imposed''. 

Riachi went on to say the authoritarian regimes led to wars and atrocities, whether in Syria or Iraq or in some European countries such as Yugoslavia'' the force brings nothing but a temporary stability that is as a mirage, this leads to wars and disputes. Any central regime in a multi-ethnic and multi-national community  is doomed to failure, for the Syrian entity to go on a decentralized system ought to be adopted''.    

''I think the Damascus government is not the sole decision maker, today there are international compromises in which pluralism is a basic pole, based on a decentralized, plural, federal and constitutional regime. This is going to be the salvation for Syrian and the region as a whole'', Riachi confirmed.

Riachi described the central regimes as out-dated, that fell on the rock of pluralism adding the region heads towards regimes based on pluralism that contribute to consolidate relations between all components and preserves entities and countries, and bring growth and welfare, '' and is ready for any peace process in future, for any peace process needs ready peoples for that and proper and peaceful peoples with one another, very far away from violence and infighting or any factor that imposes its will via dictatorships prevailing the region decades ago''.
