Prosecutors accused Anwar Rislan of committing 58 murders in a Damascus prison, where prosecutors say at least 4,000 opposition activists were tortured between 2011 and 2012, when he was in charge of intelligence branch in Damascus, Reuters quoted N.T.V tv.
