​​​​​​​HPG: Turkish bombardment inflicts severe damage on villagers in Qandil

The media center of the HPG said, in a statement to Furat News Agency, today, Saturday, about the operations of the HPG's Guerilla forces and the attacks of the Turkish occupation on the square and Rakhilh in Avashin:

 On October 15, the Turkish occupation army bombed the resistance square and its foothills with explosives and heavy weapons, and after the bombing, when the occupation soldiers wanted to advance, the guerrilla fighters confronted them, which led to violent clashes that prevented the enemy from advancing in this square.

 On the same date, between 22:30 and 00:00, the Turkish occupation planes roamed the skies of Merfanos in the Afashin area and Tabora Araban Square, and in the late evening the surroundings of the village of Edeneh in the Kani Masi district of Amideh were bombed by border posts with artillery and mortars.

 On October 15, between 10:30 and 12:30, the warplanes of the Turkish occupation army bombed the squares of Tel Savas, Tel Hiwa, Tel Roj, and the villages of Bibala, Totmia, Sheikhan and Maunan in the Qandil area.

 As a result of the Turkish occupation state's bombing of these villages and areas, severe damage was caused to the villagers' fields and orchards, and fires broke out in those areas."
