Elias Sido: Qayda attack was pre- planned

On 30 August the Qadya camp in Zakho was attacked in which two children lost lives and other civilians were injured.

Since the camp lies in an area under PDK so Kurdistan Workers' Party was accused to be behind the attack.  

Member of the Administrative Body of the Yazidi House in the Jazira Region Elias Sido denounced the attack refuting allegations made by the Kurdistan Democratic Party saying it is ''a continuation to the Turkish attacks, days ago Sai'd Hesen of the Shengal Resistance Units was targeted then followed up after two days with the attack on the Sikiniye Hospital in which a number of our Yazidi people fell martyrs. Mam Zaki and Zaradasht Shingali also were targeted in the same policy''. 

Sido confirmed that the attack on the Yazidi camp of Qadya was pre-planned saying '' it was carried out in cooperation with the accomplices of the Turkish occupation state.

Sido wondered why the PKK was accused of the attack, ''In the aftermath of the attack PDK leaders accused the PKK to be behind the attack that corroborates it was pre-planned with the aim of sowing fear and horror in the community to hinder their return to Shengal'', he said.

A person named Mohamed Khalil who was Shengal qaimaqam when ISIS attacked Shengal on 3 August 2014 leaving Shengalis mercy to the barbarity as he fled with the Peshmergha forces of the PDK. Now he beievs himself to be the qaimaqam of Shengal but he is rejected by Shegalis''.

Sido said that ''Khalil statements are fake and groundless and the whole world knows well who defended the Yazidis. Fighters of the Kurdistan Workers' Party defended Shengal and liberated it from ISIS barbarity. It is impossible for them to carry out such an attack''.

The claim that the PKK does not allow Yazidis to return home, but this is untrue, those making fake statements against PKK are themselves forbidding Yazidis to return home for they are taking their humanitarian aids and to make used of the voices in the elections, they want to strip Yazidis of their will and for the Yazidi community to be with no force according to Sido that added time and agains Turkish occupation forces attacked the Yazidi community and PDK remains silent.

Sido hailed statement made by Kurdistan Communities Union, the KCK, that gave support to the Yazidi house saying ''we are looking proudly to these statement and highly respected''.

 Sido concluded by saying that after the August 3 onslaught the Yazidi community well comprehended who is the enemy and who is not. The aim was and still the Yazidi annihilation and to evacuate Yazidis from Shengal. Turkey is obsessed with this idea . the Qadya attack is not going to be the last for the plan is to annihilate Yazidi community.
