Internal Security Forces arrested large number of offenders in security campaign in Al-Jazira

The General Command of the Internal Security Forces in North and East Syria said that, in response to the citizens' demands, it launched a security campaign in Al-Jazira region, during which it was able to arrest a large number of perpetrators of crimes, outlaws and those who exploited, defrauded our people and encroached on their property.

This came through a statement issued by the General Command of the Internal Security Forces in North and East Syria, which stated:

"In response to citizens' reports and complaints submitted to our security centers and to complete our duty to the fullest, our forces carried out a wide security campaign in many cities and towns of Al-Jazira region (Tel Kocher, Derik, Tirbe Spiye, Jel Agha) during the past two days, August 17 and 18.

A large number of perpetrators of crimes and outlaws who exploited, defrauded our people and encroached on their property with the aim of destabilizing the security and tranquility of our people were arrested to be held accountable according to the provisions of the law and to limit the actions that harm our societies.

In the Internal Security Forces, we pledge to our people that we will continue to defend them, maintain the security and safety of all our areas, deliver our communities to safety and guarantee their freedoms and rights."
