Farman notes that this administration has succeeded on the organizational level and has activated institutions with the participation of all components of society, and has greatly activated the role of civil society organizations, and has been able to make progress at all levels.

Farman refers to the gains made by the administration, saying, "Because this administration has succeeded at all levels, political, military and administrative, it can be a model for the ideal administration in the Middle East, and it can also achieve more successes than that, so it deserves to be recognized internationally as it is rrecognizedby its people."

The Syrian crisis cannot be resolved without recognizing the Autonomous Administration

He stressed the need to recognize the Autonomous Administration internationally and globally, saying, "The Autonomous Administration must be recognized internationally, because of the successes it has achieved and to pave the way for it to achieve more successes."
