Turkish occupation builds new settlement in occupied Afrin

The Turkish occupation state continues implementing a new settlement project in the villages of Shara district consolidating the systematic policy of demographic change in the occupied city of Afrin, with the support of Kuwaiti and Qatari associations operating under charitable names.

According to sources from the occupied canton of Afrin, the so-called "Arabs of Palestine 48" and the Association for Living in Dignity and White Hands have worked to implement a new settlement project in the villages of Alakah and Kafr Rumah, which belong to Shara district.

The sources indicated that Qatari and Kuwaiti associations cut down hundreds of perennial olive trees located between the villages of Kafr Rumah and Alakah, to build a new settlement to settle mercenary families there.

It is reported that earlier, these associations built a settlement in the Yazidi village of Qibar, which is in the center of Afrin city, to settle only Ghouta settlers there.

The number of settlements that have been equipped by Brotherhood associations under the supervision of the Turkish occupation in occupied Afrin has reached more than 18 settlements.
