The Intellectuals' Union in Al-Jazira region organized a symposium, under the title "Rojava Revolution, Achievements, Fears, How to Defend Achievements," in Al-Khaima Park in Tel Tamr district.

The symposium was attended by dozens of residents of Tel Tamr district, in addition to politicians and members of the Intellectuals' Union of Al-Jazira region.

During the seminar, the attendees discussed, through their reports, studies, and interventions, the operations of ethnic genocide and demographic change committed by the Turkish occupation army with its mercenaries in the occupied areas in north and east Syria.

The Member of the Intellectuals' Union in Tel Tamr district, Abdel Rahman Hussein, said, "During the Rojava Revolution, we went through advanced military and political phases, which had an impact on the current situation and developments in the region in general and Syria in particular."

For his part, the Member of the Intellectuals' Union, Mohammed Bashir, spoke about the difficulties and fears facing Rojava and its revolution. He continued saying, "The more Rojava develops, challenges increase, and the more achievements are made, threats and fears escalate."

Mohammed Bashir stated that the Turkish occupation state is trying by various means to eliminate the Democratic Autonomous Administration's experience because it tends to democratic thought and ideology.

The Co-chair of the Intellectuals' Union in Al-Hasakah city touched on how to protect the gains of the revolution, saying, "Protection rests with everyone, as these gains were achieved thanks to the martyrs' blood."

Ahmed Al-Azhar demanded all components in north and east Syria not to be dragged behind the special war through which Turkey and its mercenaries are trying to influence on the ideology of society.

After the discussions were completed, discussions and interventions started with the attendees about the current situation, the genocide and the displacement due to the attacks of the Turkish occupation.
