14 deaths, 91 new cases of COVID-19 in N. E. Syria

On Tuesday, the Health Authority of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria announced it recorded 14 deaths of people infected with Covid-19 virus in North and East Syria.

The co-chair of the Health Authority in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Dr. Joan Mustafa, explained that the deaths are of a man from Al-Hasakah, two men, two women from Qamishlo, a man from Derik, three men and four women from Tabqa, and a man from Deir Ezzor.

Mustafa confirmed that they had recorded 91 new cases of Covid virus 19 in the regions of North and East Syria, which are 44 males and 47 females, and they are distributed as follows:

Hasaka 9 cases

Qamishlo 11 cases

Derik 4 cases

Darbasiya 2 cases

Tel Tamer 1 case

Rimelan 1 case

Çil Axa 1 case

Kobane 3 cases

Raqqa 27 cases

Tabqa 16 cases

Manbij 7 cases

Deir Ezzor 1 case

Newroz Camp 1 case

Al-Hol Camp 2 cases

Roj Camp, 5 cases

Mustafa added that they recorded thirteen new recoveries.

Of note, the number of cases of Coronavirus in the regions of North and East Syria reached 16,275 with the announcement of these new cases, including 629 deaths, and 1,667 cases of recovery.
