SDF: 18 mercenary deaths and 10 injuries in Ain Issa

A statement was released by Media and Information Office of the Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF, regarding the latest Ain Issa attacks carried out by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups, reads as follows:

''Since March 17^th, attacks by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups on Ain Issa District as well as the  International M4, were intensified, more specifically on the village of Mi'alagh and that of Saida on which violent clashes took place between our forces and mercenary groups on March 18^th, and 19^th.

Today, at 05:00 dawn, attacks by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups were intensified more on Mi'alagh and Saida, as every species of highly advanced weapons were used that were repelled by our fighters on which mercenaries were forced to retreat after 10 mercenary elements were killed in Saida as well as 8 others in Mi'alagh in addition to 10 injuries. all today morning. 

In this fighting that goes on up to date, civilian houses and properties in the whole area are being targeted deliberately.

In the fighting, one of our fighters- whose identity would be unveiled later- martyred as 3 others were injured''. 

This comes after a ground offensive was undertaken by Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups earlier.
