Political-Military-Social themes in Qamishlo Mar 8th festivity

Female leaders present at the International Women's Day festivity held at the Himo town of Qamishlo noted that the role played by women in North Eastern Syria has been so vital, stressing on the necessity of liberating all occupied areas, and to reach out to all Syrian females pledging that feminist banners be hoisted very high.

The speech of the Kongra Star Coordination was delivered by Remziya Mohamed commenced the activity in which she welcomed all attendees and participants as well as all Syrian women and of the world at large and leader Abdullah Ocalan.

''the feminist reality in North Eastern Syria and the relentless gains being made on the ground came into life thanks to the sacrifices made by hundreds of fighting women'', she said.

''this struggle would go on until all areas are liberated and we will increase resistance put up by women to reach out to all Syrian women, and the release of leader Ocalan, we know that the feminist emancipation won't see life except by your organization and fighting'', she concluded.

Women's Council speech was delivered by member Najla' Teme, that said '' throughout history women rejected to be misrepresented in the society, as well as the predominant patriarchal mentality, and she was able to make many gains in North Eastern Syria on the arenas of military, politic and society after sacrificing immeasurably'', and that '' the world at large was surprized by the gains she made and the stance she adopted in the revolution and the big role she played, and established partnership and maintained coexistence''.

Najla' on this day expressed congratulations to the YPJ as well as the fighting women and the Syrian one that is still steadfast in the occupied areas in Afrin, Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi, and

After that a speech was delivered by Nasrine Abdullah of the YPJ, that said'' if the free woman promises she keeps that, we are on the way that was undertaken, to take the leading role worldwide and her voice would echo everywhere''.

'' I am delegated with a salutation from the YPJ to remain the shield that gives protection to women, and I pledge to go on in protecting the revolution, and to defeat the Turkish Occupation Forces and Erdogan, and our banners will be hoisted in Afrin, Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi'', she said.

''mercenaries are going to be defeated as was the case of ISIS, I call on you to fight worldwide for our banners to remain high'', she concluded.
