The concerned authorities have not been able to reach al-Mushrifah silos in Ain Issa district since December 18 of last year, due to the bombing of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries of the area in which the silos are located.

The silos body and the electric cables that feed them during the storage process were severely damaged, as a result of the direct targeting of the silos by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, with the aim of starving the people.

Al-Mushrifah silos are located in Ain Issa district, 2 kilometers north of the district, and 500 meters east of the M4 international road, and the Agricultural Community Development Company has stored 5,400 tons for this year, with the aim of supplying the 6 bakeries in Ain Issa district with flour.

With the monsoon rains in the area, the concerned authorities' concerns increased about the damage of the stockpile and the leakage of rain into the silo body from the holes caused by the Turkish bombing, with their inability to reach it to repair it.

The concerned authorities provide flour for the bread material for the people of Ain Issa district from "al-Qrat" mill in al-Jalabiyah district of Kobani canton at the present time, from which they obtain nearly 600 tons of flour every month.

It should be noted that the remaining quantity in the silos of Ain Issa is estimated at 2,100 tons of wheat.
