The Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) is preparing to hold the "National Conference for Al-Jazeera and the Euphrates people" late November, and Sheikh Riad Dirar confirmed that the conference will discuss the political, military, administrative, educational and service conditions of the region, and said: "We look forward to a big finish for the conference. Kurdistan

The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) has kidnapped 20 civilians from the Rustam Judi camp ( Mexmûr‎ camp) in  Başûr Kurdistan since last October 11, and according to the Member of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Ishtar Council, Laila Arzo Ayhan, the kidnappers were locked up with ISIS mercenaries in a prison in Hewlêr.
