Emergency teams control 3 fires in Tel Hamis

After two fires started in the rural area of southern Tel Hamis , and another fire in the yard of the power station in the district, the emergency teams and the fire brigade rushed to extinguish these fires, with the help of the residents and civil tractors, before the fire expanded.

The fires that broke out due to a short circuit in the countryside of Tel Hamis region devoured   68 hectares of Qaraq Al-Tamash village fields.

The fires also destroyed 20 dunums planted with wheat of Aqel Fahim Al-Hafiz, from the lands of Tal Al-Nasser village, south of Tel Hamis.

The fires also devoured large areas of previously harvested land, on which livestock owners such as sheep and goats depend for herding.

n the same context, the people put out the fire of that devoured 25 hectares planted with wheat, they belonged to the farmer's lands, Fadel Al-Abo, from the village of Al-Ahimar, which is located in the town of Jaza'a. The cause of the fire is not known yet.

Just as the emergency committees in Tel Hamis put out a fire in the yard of the power station and caused by a spark.

After extinguishing the fire, Deif Al-Ibrahim, one of the employees of the power station in Tel Hamis, confirmed that the fire did not cause any damage to the station because there are no ground cables in the station, and that the station is under rehabilitation and repair by the Energy Authority.
