New deaths, infections from the Corona virus in Israel and Palestine

The Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai Kaila, said that the ministry recorded 6 new infections with the Corona virus, in the governorates of the West Bank and Jerusalem.

"The total number of infections due to new cases increased to 430 in the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem," she added.

In the same context, the Israeli media reported that new cases of Corona infection and death were recorded in Israel.

The Israeli Ministry of Health said: "The number of deaths increased to 172, after 12 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours."

It stated: "The total number of infections rose to 13,362 cases, of which 9,378 were described as minor and subject to health control in homes or hotel quarantine, while 3,564 people recovered from the virus."

The Israeli media pointed out that the rise in the number of deaths and infections in the virus in Israel comes at a time when the government has ratified the first stage, which stipulates the gradual lifting of restrictions on the labor market and the economy and allowing the return of 30% of employees and workers, provided that the instructions for lifting restrictions enter into Implementation is the first day, and it will be implemented until early May.

In another context, our correspondent in Gaza stated that the Israeli army launched raids and search campaigns in various areas in the West Bank, during which a number of Palestinian youths were arrested, while in the Gaza Strip, farmers targeted shooting at agricultural land adjacent to the border, and shooting at fishing boats operating at sea, with no injuries reported.
