Russian media reported data provided by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights yesterday, renewed clashes on the Ruwayha Jaradah axis in the southern countryside of Idlib, between regime forces and militants loyal to Damascus on one side, and the factions and groups close to Turkey on the other side, and said that the clashes were accompanied by an intense of hovering drones and Russian warplanes in the countryside of Idlib and Aleppo, while the regime forces bombed places in the countryside of Saraqeb, east of Idlib.

This coincided with the emergence of data on reinforcements sent by Russia to the areas of Manbij and Ain al-Arab under the control of SDC and government forces in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, and according to media data, dozens of Russian armored vehicles and personnel carriers arrived in the region with the aim of strengthening their presence near the Turkish border.

Commentators believed that "the aim of bringing these military equipment is to strengthen the positions of the regime and Russia in the areas adjacent to the places where the Turkish forces are stationed, especially after talking about Ankara's intention to launch military action in the region," and pointed out that the development came in coordination with the "SDF", in reference to The reinforcements began arriving in the area about a week ago and are still ongoing.

Al-Arab: Al-Zurfi requires that al-Kazemi be installed as a substitute before he retracts from forming the government

As for Al-Arab newspaper, she talked about the political crisis in Iraq and said: "The Iraqi Prime Minister-designate, Adnan al-Zurfi, required the Shiite blocs that their leaders sign the nomination document for the head of the intelligence service, Mustafa al-Kazemi, to form the government in his stead, so that he apologizes to the President of the Republic, Barham Saleh, for continuing to his duties.

Al-Zurfi's efforts reached a dead end, preventing him from completing the consultations on passing his cabinet, after the Shiite blocs refused to accept his mandate, as he had come from outside the context of the Shiite consensus in nominating personalities to fill this position.

Informed sources said that al-Zurfi requested guarantees that the Shiite blocs that obstructed his arrival in parliament to gain confidence, would not do the same with al-Kazemi.

The sources added in a statement to “Al-Arab” that most of the large Shiite blocs responded to this request, and sent signatures from their leaders to the President of the Republic in order to assign al-Kazimi to form the new government.

The team close to al-Zurfi says that the guarantees offered by pro-Iranian forces regarding the passage of al-Kazemi and his cabinet in the event of the current taxpayer’s apology are not sufficient, which could hinder the move to other steps.
