European official visits  representative of Autonomous Administration, Bashor

 The Head of the Relations Office in the European Union in Bashur, Vinco kum Popo ,visited the  Autonomous Administration  of the North and East of Syria 's representative in Sulaimaniyah, Bashur.

 He was received by members of the Administrative Committee of the representation, Jamil Rahmano, Silava Suleiman, Jawiedan Hassan, and Fathallah Husseini.

Both sides discussed during the visit the  developments in Syria in general and northeastern Syria in particular, according to the media office of the representative of the Autonomous Administration  of the North and East of Syria in  Sulaimaniyah.

Representative officials briefed Kium Popo on the foundations of the Autonomous Administration system and the real situation in the northeastern regions of Syria, especially after the attacks of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on the region on October 9 last year.

 Representative officials also explained the violations and practices of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in the occupied areas such as Afrin, Seri Kania, Gire Spi/Tel Abyad and other areas, particularly the underway demographic change  by the occupation, and the forced displacement of indigenous people from their homes.

The officials pointed to the need for the European Union action  towards these violations, which are against all international conventions and laws. They also stressed on the need for the Turkish State withdrawal from the occupied areas in Syria.

Both sides also discussed the file of ISIS mercenary detainees in the  prisons of the Autonomous Administration , especially Al-Hole camp.  The Autonomous Administration's representatives in Bashur explained that there are thousands of ISIS families at Hole camp of different nationalities, the Autonomous Administration bears their responsibility alone. They stressed the need for the cooperation of the international community with the Autonomous Administration regarding their trial and follow-up of their situation within the camp. they showed that the entire world is interested in this file, and they are aware of its seriousness.

From his part, Head of the European Union Office, Vinco Kium popo,  addressed the importance of developing the relations between the European Union and the Autonomous Administration, he also praised the sacrifices of the Syrian Democratic Forces against ISIS, He also expressed the Union dissatisfaction over the Turkish attacks on the northeastern areas of Syria.
