Kaftan shed light on the regime's adherence and intransigence to the absolute central authoritarian mentality and "its lack of any desire for dialogue or change despite all the past years, which caused the increasing ambitions of Turkish fascism and its penetration into a level and occupation of more areas", stressing that the true solution to the Syrian crisis "is The Syrian-Syrian dialogue and within the Syrian territories in order to reach a solution that satisfies all parties.

The regime did not show any resistance in the face of the Turkish occupation army, which occupied the areas of Jarablus, Al-Bab, Azaz, Idlib, Serekaniye and Tal Abyad.

Kaftan added, "The Cairo conference will not be free from international dictations, as is the case with all previous conferences. All countries are searching for their own interests by holding such conferences on their lands.
