The Civil Administration in Al Tabeq District comes up with a package of resolutions

The Civil Administration of Al Tabeqa District held its annual extended meeting for the committees and the directors to evaluate the work and projects it has implemented, and to address the problems and shortages that have emerged in the past year.

The meeting, which was held at Culture and Art center, was attended by the Joint Chair of the Executive Council of  North and East of Syria's Autonomous Administration, Berevan Khaled, and the Joint Vice President of the Executive Council of North and East Syria's Autonomous Administration, Elisabeth Gawereia, as well as the joint chairmen of the committees,  directorates and offices of the Democratic Civil Administration of  Al Tabeqa district.

After a minute of silence at the beginning of the meeting as stipulated in its program, the Joint President of the  Executive Council, Shayar Mohammed, assessed the present political events in the region, which changed the course of many international and regional politics, Mohammed began his talk about "ISIS" It is not in the interest of the world powers that do not want stability in the region, they are not looking for a solution to these bloody conflicts.  "Every country that will not give in to them ,they will fuel the conflict and manage the crisis more complexly, contrary to what they claim they want to solve."

 "The fight against global terrorism in our time has two routes: the first route is  directing military strikes against these groups and organizations, and the second route is embodied in the awareness of society and the organization of its fractions socially in a proper way, and this is what  "The administration has worked on it through the project of the Democratic Nation, which has enabled us to make major steps in combating terrorism, establishing security and safety,  which capitalist powers try to fail this success." 

 In his assessment, Mohammed addressed several themes, including the Turkish attack on north eastern Syria after hidden international approvals for this barbaric attack, and also referred to the reality of Turkish involvement today in Libya, that is just redrawing the Ottoman map, and achieving the glories of sultans in the Middle East.

Finishing  the evaluation of the political situation, the meeting program moved on to the second item, which provided for reading the annual reports issued from the committees and offices of the Executive Council of the Democratic Civil Administrative in Al Tabeqa area. Reports  included the achieved projects  in the  last year, The difficulties in the course of the work and the subjects in which material and human potentials appeared, both of which were the common denominator of the majority of the reports issued by the committees.

 Through these reports, the Civil Administration of Al Tabeqa District agreed on the need to create a labor law and employees in a move that would guarantee the rights of employees in the administration, improve the performance of the staff, which contributes radically to the integrity of the functioning mechanism, and the success of the plans drawn up by the administration. In its approach, in addition to the urgent need to create a law to protect women, especially in the social nature of the region and to work hard to combat the marriage of minors.

In an intervention by the Joint Vice President of the Executive Council of the Executive committee of North and East Of Syria's Autonomous Administration, Elisabeth Gaweria noted that "From the reports that the committees have shown us, we have found that there is a big gap if the description between the administration and the people is correct, and this constitutes a deficit in the management system," she said. and clog in the way of success, Therefore, the distance between the people and management must be reduced to the point of non-compliance, and management and the people will be at one level in order to raise and improve its work for the better, and to rise to the reality of this people, which has suffered for years as a result of war and the Syrian conflict."

 In a brief evaluation of the regulatory situation, the committees drew attention to the blurring of the relationship between the committees themselves, and the varied level of organization in performance and relationship, which constitutes a major imbalance in the work of the civil administration system, as well as the disclosure of the underlying causes that led to the decline of concrete work on the ground for the Autonomous Administration is the lack of experienced expert labour, Which has the experience along with the tidal state of the available potentials for the administration in the present situation.

  After opening the door of discussions and revealing the annual plans for  the civil administration Al Tabeqa area, the administration came up with a number of decisions and proposals, the most prominent of which were "the adoption of the law of public tax to fill the monthly financial deficit in the administration, the creation of an orphanage, the expansion of the land of the agricultural land, and the increasing the area of  the agricultural land. The number of schools, strengthening the security system and closing the gaps, supporting the health sector in the countryside, creating the civil register offices in the rural areas, and developing the industrial sector to achieve a high percentage of self-sufficiency."

 At the end of the meeting, the Joint Chairman of the Executive Council of the North and East Syria's Autonomous Administration , Berevan Khaled, announced the approval of North and East of Syria's Autonomous Administration  to restructure the democratic civil administration of  Al Tabeqa area, and urgently to avoid the emergence of gaps. Others in the organizational structure of the Civil Administration, while emphasizing the need to define a clear and deliberate strategy for the coming year on specific bases and successful plans.

The meeting, which lasted for more than 11 hours, enabled the Civil Administration of Al Tabeqa District to draw a new, more effective and performance identity from the past year, and to face all the obstacles and difficulties that stood in the way of the administration's work in the previous periods to graduate the administration today and in It has a package of resolutions and projects that paint a new reality for the region at all levels.
