​​​​​​​Afrin: Star Conference holds its annual meeting

The meeting was held at a hall in the  Events area in Al-Shababa district, the hall was decorated with pictures of  the commander Abdullah Ocalan, pictures of YPJ martyrs, flags of Star conference and YPJ. The  banners that read "The annual meeting of Star Conference, Afrin Canton", "Women are a free life", "We will end isolation and fascism" We achieve the Democratic Nation, "we fight for freedom and  women' victory, "we promised to destroy Imrali system, to live freely with  the Commander Apo," "revolutionize for freedom and democracy."

The meeting program started upon a call from the administrator in Star Conference to stand a silence moment , followed by reading the annual report for 2019 by the member in the Conference of the Star Coordination, Ronahi Shekho. The report addressed the political situation and the woman situation the archived work in a year toward the development.

The participants stressed on the need to speed up the  all kinds of struggll, boost the women for the resistance will, struggle for failing the enemies' plans, making the new year,2020 a year of getting the freedom of the Leader Abdullah Ocalan from Imrali's prison, and the freedom of the people, and kicking out the Turkish occupation from the Syrian territories.

That was followed by discussion about the work situation. On this basis, Shiraz Hamo, the administrative in the Executive Council of Afrin Canton talked and said " the jobs that  we make sure of achieving and developing ourselves through are the outcome of the Leader Abdullah Ocalan's  philosophy and thought , but throughout the new year, we should be open to the surrounding actors and work on it through the extensive meetings and trainings , doing researches and getting to know more ( woman science ) Jinology.

The meeting ended up by voting on the suggestions to be carried out in the present year, some are.

1. All the administrators and members have to open the chance for their children to join the youth movement.
2. Supporting the women at work and out ,at the times of hardships in particular.
3. An awareness campaign for defining the danger of the minors marriage.
4. Encouraging women on learning and illiteracy and self-development.
5. Assigning a psychological guide at schools for protecting students at the adolency age against the problems and psychological pressures.   

   6. Intensive training of women about women's science, and training towards developing.

   7. Opening trainings for children.

   8. Opening a book library at Barkhdan camp for development.

   9.  Opening workshops for handicrafts.

   10.Make a file documenting Erdogan's violations and crimes against children and civilians, and demanding that he be presented to international courts.

   11. Preparing files about the women situations  in camps and sending them to organizations and human rights organizations.
