Hedia Youssef:  we may head to new agreements and alliances

At the start of the Syrian crisis, the political administration in north eastern regions of Syria contacted with the Syrian regime in an effort to reach an agreement that would   protect the unity of the country.

 This contact has continued despite  lack of constructive solutions, officials in north eastern Syria say that the intransigence of the regimehas caused a deadlock in the talks progress.

."The region  administration  doesnt have any aims of dividing the  Syrian territory, but the opposite,"

 Hadia Yousif , a member of  the Congress of Star coordination said at the annual meeting of Al Shehba Canton Administration  " the Democratic  Autonomous  Administration didnt oppose  the Baathist regime in the region because the administration  dosent have any aims  of dividing the  Syrian territory, on the contrary , it aims at  unifying  it and this was  proven through liberating more territory in Syria."

Hadia Yousif appealed the Syrian Regime for conducting " democratic developments and recognizing the system of the peoples in the region, adding, if the administration was opposing the Baathist regime , Damascus government would have collapsed  many years ago."

The development of the Autonomous Administration relations with  Arab countries

İn  regard to the Turkish occupation of  the Syrian territory and its interference in the affairs of Arab countries, Hedda Yusuf stated that Turkish ambitions  caused opening of the diplomatic  channels of   communication between the Autonomous Administration and some Arab countries  which are aware of the Turkish expansionist threat in The area.

  "Turkey's new policies towards Libya and many Arab countries, especially after the attack on Libya, relations have developed  with Arab countries, including Egypt, and now there is cooperation . Hadia Yousif said about the relations between the Autonomous Administration  and Arab countries "

Concerning the  Syrian affair , Hedia Yusuf stressed the need to represent the Autonomous Administration in the constitutional committee, saying, "We must be joined to the committee and there is a positive , good discussion on this issue."

 Hadia Yousif called on representing the Autonomous Adminstration in the  international forums  in relation  to Syria, saying that "we must be represented in the international forums including Geneva."

Hedda Yusuf stressed that the success of the democratic experiment in north eastern Syria depends on the Kurdish unity and the unity of Arabs and Kurds.

Efforts of involving the Syrian Democratic Forces in Idlib battles.

The member of the Congress of Star Coordination  addressed the events in Idlib ,saying:" there is a demand of involving the Syrian Democratic Forces in this battle."  She added SDF has conditions on joining Idlib battle that is  " on one hand ,recognizing and accepting  SDF as an organized structure within the Syrian army and on the other hand ,liberation of Afrin,"

she said. " fighting in Idlib will continue, as the situation is very critical in Idlib,"

she continued "There are many contradictions between mercenaries ; they say Turkey will not open its borders for the displaced of Idlib, but the party that  we fought  and displaced them from their homes and looted their money opens their chests to accept the displaced  of Idlib," she said, referring to the tweet of  SDF commander-in-chief , Mazloum Abdi, in which he expressed north eastern Syria's readiness  to receive  the displaced from Idlib due to  the escalating military operations.  

Idlib, the Armageddon

 Hadia thought that  "The war in Idlib will continue in one way or another and will be the decisive link in the course of events in Syria,"

Turkification of  the occupied territories

 she said. "All  occupied areas by Turkey must be disrupted," she said.

She warned of the Turkish colonial plans in Syria " Turkey is working to preserve these areas by making demographic change in the areas it controls, applying naturalization and changing the region's culture, language, features and labels,"

. "Turkey is preparing to recognize the areas it controls by annexing it to Turkey, and is planning this thing, including the Aleppo countryside," she said.

Yosif recalled Lausanne Agreement signed in 1923 between the defeated Ottoman Empire and the victorious Allies of World War I and the agreement expires in 2023.

Turkey is seeking to take advantage of the powers that have been banned under the agreement, including  the gas exploration.

"I can say that the conflict that exists has reached a complex cycle and a stage that will be clarified in this new year. Perhaps we will go to new consensuses and alliances, and we hope that this new year will be a year of peace, security, the unity of Syria and the freedom of peoples," She said.\
