Tunisian researcher reveals scenes of Erdogan's visit to Tunisia

Turkey is trying to extend its arms in the region, all the way to the Mediterranean, amid Arab and international rejection of these moves, the most prominent of which was in Libya.

Erdogan's visit to Tunisia, the latest move and a comment on this, spoke to the Hawar news agency (ANHA), Tunisian political researcher Hassan al-Qeby.

Al-Qeby started his speech, "Turkey is moving in the Mediterranean, whether in the southeastern basin or in the western basin, and some time ago, all southeastern countries entered into a struggle for exploration, whether for oil or gas, Turkey claims the Turkish Cypriots are entitled to that region, while all countries in the region, whether Egypt, Greece, Cyprus and Israel, deny that Turkey has the right to be in that region, and this means that the goals are purely economic.

Erdogan came to Tunisia to use its land borders with Libya

Regarding the visit of the Turkish President to Tunisia, the Tunisian political researcher explained, "As for Erdogan's visit to Tunisia, it was a surprise that we were not aware of it as Tunisians, except through the Turkish Anatolia Agency, as it was not discussed in the media by any Tunisian agency, which raised suspicion and many doubts."

 The President of Turkey also stated in the Carthage Palace that the accord government is the legitimate government, claiming support for legitimacy in Libya, and the truth is he wants to support terrorist militias there, to stop the progress of the Libyan army forces led by Khalifa Haftar in Tripoli.

"Erdogan came to Tunisia to discuss with President Qais Saeed the possibility of opening the Tunisian land borders, as happened in 2011 in order to deliver Turkish and Qatari military supplies to the militias in Tripoli, via the port of Zarzis and later through the land border with Libya."

Historically, the Arab region was facing the threats of the Persians and Israel in the past, and the threats of the Turks now, and they pose a danger to all Arab countries, therefore efforts must be combined against the Turkish state, within the framework of a united Arab bloc, to stand a strong block against these threats.

The political researcher explained, "As for Tunisia, after Erdogan's statements upon his return to Ankara, he announced that there is a Turkish-Tunisian agreement regarding support for the accord government, but President Qais Saeed lied to Erdogan and said: If there is a wrong understanding of what happened in the Carthage Palace, or someone The parties involve Tunisia in the issue of the Libyan dispute, because Tunisia stands at the same distance between all, and thus direct denial of the allegations of Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The political researcher believes that there is a Russian-Turkish rapprochement in Syria, but he does not believe that there is a rapprochement in Libya, on the contrary.
