Aktham Naissah, during his speech, stressed that Turkey sees itself as a regional power, which cannot be overlooked in the process of distributing and sharing the influence and wealth that the region is teeming with, and pointed out, "It is important for Turkey's rulers to export their internal political crises, by opening new fronts, which reduces criticism."
