Akram Hasso explained that the meeting of Sochi is not a decision-making meeting, but will either agree to Russia, Iran and Turkey on some points or will be a farewell meeting between the guarantors of Astana, which comes to an end at the end of March this year, and a strong war is likely to erupt in Idlib.

QAMISHLO

Idlib's scene has not faded from the Syrian arena or even the international scene for more than a year, as a result of the conflicting interests of Russia, Iran and Turkey, which are trying to legitimize its occupation of Syrian territory.

On the latest developments in Idlib and the purpose of holding the meeting of Sochi, today among the guarantor heads of Astana, the former chairman of the Executive Council of al-Jazeera canton Akram Hasso said that the situation in Idlib changed completely after the US decision to withdraw its troops from Syria, very fast, headed by Russia and Turkey.

Akram Hasso pointed out that the most important changes in Idlib's situation were listing Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhit al-Nusra) as terrorist, these changes are of three parts. Some of them are linked to Muhammad al-Gulani, whose elements are estimated at 10,000 receiving direct support from Turkey and Qatar, the majority of members are al-Qaeda and the Egyptian Salafist movement, led by Abu Yazzan al-Masri, and these are against Turkey and its projects, and the third part are those who are called foreign jihadists, they are divided among Qaeda-affiliated Arabs and some of them are factions under the command of Turkey.

He pointed out that Abu Mohammed Gulani agreed to join the body formed by Turkey under the name of the interim government of the Syrian National Coalition, in order to form a political umbrella for Mohammed al-Gulani and his mercenaries. The Gulani faction is one of the strongest within Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, and the other objective of the integration of Turkey Gulani into the so-called interim government to be a line in the face of the elements of Arab bases and foreign jihadists, to prevent their entry into Turkey and to go to Europe, after Turkey granted assurances to both Russia and European countries not to The flow of mercenaries to Europe from Idlib.

As for the fate of Qaeda-affiliated Arabs or so-called religious guards and foreign jihadists, Turkey and Russia are trying to arrest them through interests or liquidate them by launching an attack by Russia and the Syrian regime, especially after lifting the international lid on Idlib. "New mercenaries are being prepared in the darkness." He said.

Russia set Turkey a trap by introducing the Adana agreement

As for the meeting to be held today in Sochi between the Russian, Turkish and Iranian presidents, Hasso pointed out that the meeting was not planned, and that the Astana 12 meeting was to be held under Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov's remarks. However, changes in the political and military scene and especially after President Trump's decision to withdraw his forces from Syria, he decided to hold the meeting of Sochi, which includes the guarantor heads of state for a survey by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is evidence of the great contradictions between Russia and Turkey, after Russia's re-entry of the Adana Accord, which was a trap for Turkey, was put forward after the short-term agreement issued by the White House that provides for sanctions on anyone dealing with the Assad regime. As well as the rejection of the international countries to the occurrence of any war within Idlib currently, and the Syrian regime does not accept the solution posed by both Russia and Turkey, because the new body that will be formed will be a threat to the regime.

Akram Hasso explained that Sochi meeting is not a decision-making meeting, but a meeting between Russia, Iran and Turkey on some points, or will be the farewell meeting between the guarantors of Astana, which ends at the end of March this year, and clashes are likely to break out in Idlib in late March, after the end of the date of Astana.
