Al-Muhbash: Recent meetings united committees' work in North-East Syria Administrations

The co-chair of the Executive Council of Autonomous Administration of North-East of Syria, Abd Hamed al-Muhbash, explained the recent series of meetings held by the Council with each of its ten bodies with the committees represented by the seven Autonomous Administrations in al-Jazeera, Afrin, Kobani, al-Raqqa, Manbij, Deir ez-Zor, al-Tabqa).

The Executive Council held a series of meetings with its 10 bodies and committees represented by the Civil and Autonomous Administrations in North –East of Syria between the 12th till the 24th of December.

These meetings were considered the first after the formation of the Autonomous Administration in North-East of Syria, which was announced on the 6th of last September.

In an interview held by ANHA agency, Hawar news agency, with al-Muhbash, he said that the purpose of their meetings was to coordinate and cooperate between each of the 10th council's bodies and the similar committees in the seven Civil Autonomous Administrations.

Al-Muhbash noted that in each of their meetings, they discussed the work of each of the committees on their own to know the projects they have done to serve the people of North Syria and to know the obstacles facing their work and to find solutions to overcome these obstacles.

He pointed out that each of these bodies set a periodic meeting of its committees to discuss the projects established during each month.

The co-chair of the Executive Council confirmed that they urged all the committees to provide the greatest possible services to citizens by their respective fields, and to alleviate the bureaucracy and routine in the transactions that they are specialized in.

He pointed out that during each of these meetings, they form a septet committee of all the competent committees to formulate a unified internal system for the work of each body and the committees they represent. In the past, each of these committees adopted an internal system different from the work of the similar committee in another administration.

He pointed out that they have established contact rooms between these committees to facilitate the communication among them.

"These meetings were positive and will be positively reflected on the services provided by the committees in these administrations to our people in the North-East of Syria," he said.
