KCK congratulated 40th anniversary of PKK foundation

The Joint Presidency of the KCK's Executive Council issued a written statement in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the PKK foundation.

The statement pointed out that PKK, over 45 years of continuous struggle, has made great sacrifices for the Kurdish people. “The party has been leading a legendary struggle and provided tens of thousands of martyrs, tens of thousands of war victims, hundreds of thousands of its supporters were arrested, hundreds of thousands of cadres and politicians were tortured. "

The statement also noted, "We have a long history of struggle in which many generations have participated, and the party has built a great legacy and strength to struggle, the Kurdish people has the elements to achieve a certain victory."

KCK in its statement stressed that the continuous struggle from now will be in order to rewrite the history of these victories.

The Kurdish people lead the forefront of the revolution and the struggle for freedom in the Middle East

The statement added, "The Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which followed the path of the leader Ocalan, has not only fought for a free and democratic life for the Kurdish people, but also leads the struggle for democracy and freedom for all the peoples of the Middle East."

The American decision is an extension of the international conspiracy

KCK also referred to the US decision on PKK commanders, saying that "anti-freedom and democratic forces in the Middle East, particularly the authority of (the Justice and the Nationalistic Party) in Turkey have stepped up attacks against the Kurdish people and are launching simultaneous attacks against the freedom struggle led by the PKK with the aim of eliminating the democratic revolution .The hostile decision of the United States against the PKK commanders is a position to protect the power of tyranny and genocide. The plot is a continuation of international conspiracy that targeted the leader Ocalan."

The struggle must be stepped up
