Maintenance of schools, furniture is a priority of School Management Committee

Winter season has come and it is very necessary to provide an appropriate atmosphere within the schools of Tirbespiyê district, therefore, the School Management Committee in the district intensified its activities within the schools and took several measures, including the formation of maintenance workshops for schools such as carpentry and blacksmithing and sanitation and a supervising committee of the school administration, for the maintenance and restoration of schools within the district and equip them with the necessary equipment.

The tasks of the maintenance workshops are to repair the windows and doors of the schools and the desks of  schools, to clean the sewers, install the water taps, open the nozzles for the lack of water collection in the courtyards of the schools, and restoration of the ceilings to limit the leak of water.

The administrator committee of the school committee Kawa Mohamed explained that the goal of the formation of workshops to maintain schools to provide an appropriate atmosphere within the schools during the academic year in all schools of the district (primary, preparatory and secondary). He noted that the tasks of the Supervisory Committee are to supervise the maintenance and restoration work.

Kawa Mohammed pointed that Tirbespiyê district schools need 100 thousand liters of fuel used for heating, and 70,000 liters would be distributed to villages schools ,and distribution of diesel fuel will be completed until the coverage of the need of all schools of the villages and the districts.

He explained that the School Management Committee and after finishing of the maintenance and restoration work, heaters will distributed to schools. He pointed out that the aim of these steps is to protect students from diseases and create an atmosphere suitable for students during the academic year.
