Fighters: We promise to liberate Afrin

The Martyr Khebat Military Academy of YPG in ed-Dirbasiya district finished a training course for the youths who have recently joined YPG. The training course held the name of the Martyr Jwan.

The youths who joined the course are of the Arab and Kurdish components. Moreover, the course lasted for 45 days in which the fighters received military and intellectual lessons. 

The Academy organized on Monday a ceremony for finishing the course, and it was attended by many commanders and fighters in YPG, dozens of the residents of the district and the martyr Jwan’s family.

The ceremonies started with a military parade performed by the fighters. After that, the commander in YPG Robar Derki delivered a speech and congratulated the joiners on ending the course and said, “The fighters who finished the course must be able to take up the responsibilities in order to protect their lands and people from the occupiers.”

A number of fighters assured to Hawar news agency, “We, as young men, joined the ranks YPG, and our essential aim is to liberate Afrin and all the Syrian lands from the occupiers in addition to liberating the oppressed peoples. We will continue struggling till the last breath.”

In conclusion, the joiners swore the military oath. Then, they danced al-Dabka expressing their joy for finishing the course.
