"Turkish shelling of Șengal is continuation of massacres"

The Kurdish community in Lebanon issued a statement, in which denounced the bombing of the Turkish occupation state of Șengal, and pointed out that this bombing is an escalation of Erdogan's hostility to the Kurdish people.

In the presence of dozens of Kurdish people in Lebanon, the statement was read by Adnan Afrin, the statement included:

"The Turkish attacks on Șengal is a clear crime and a clear violation of the sovereignty of a country, the violation of all the conventions and laws of the United Nations on the prevention of aggression against one another, and the timing of Turkish fascism in targeting the Șengal people in the fourth annual anniversary is a clear evidence that they are two sides of the same coin, where a massacre was committed in the village of Kujo, leaving hundreds of civilian victims and dozens of wounded and abducted, is also a clear admission that the fascist regime in Turkey is reducing its worries that Daesh will not end up.

The Turkish fascist regime, through its military apparatus, pursues the policy of genocide and the scorched earth that is reminiscent of the invasions of the Tartars, Mongols and Nazism.

The targeting of the Turkish occupation state to Șengal and its people is nothing more than another escalation of Erdogan's hostility towards the Kurdish people, his insistence on pursuing genocide and denial, and that the Kurds have no role in Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Iran,

This hostility has become one of the most important causes of the Turkish crisis, which live in various aspects and it seems that Turkey is now in the eye of this crisis and cannot be overcome where it turned today into a large prison of the scene of a highly divided community, especially after the occupation of the Turkish army to Afrin managed by its people  through democratic solution.

We are on behalf of the Kurdish community in Lebanon at a time when we condemn the Turkish aggression on the Yazidi people in Șengal and consider it an open aggression on the whole of Kurdistan, the purpose of the Turkish regime is clear.

We appeal to the international community, the United Nations and the Security Council to curb Ankara's aggression and to hold it accountable in practice. We also appeal to all national and democratic forces and parties in Iraq, Syria and the region as a whole to confront the Turkish aggression aimed at occupation and the exclusion of peoples. Șengal on the martyrdom of Mam Zaki Șengali national character of the struggle and a symbol of the national and democratic struggle against the Turkish fascist tyranny and its agents and we pledge our people and all the progressive forces popular in the region and the world that the struggle of the Kurdish people for peace and democracy will not stop until the solution of the crises suffered by the Middle East, especially the Kurdish issue are solved in accordance with a solution worthy of the history and present and future of this people.
