Resolvedly clinging to land, he named his restaurant “Rajien”

In the hope of returning to Afrin, which was occupied by the Turkish occupation army on 18 March, Ali Wahid named his restaurant "Rajien", which he had opened in al-Shahba canton, and provides his livelihood.

Wahid who now lives in Babens village in al-Shahba canton had opened a restaurant by placing a tent on the Babens road.

On the Syrian territory, thousands of mortars, and rockets and Jahanam shells (cylinders of gas used as shells) have fallen coming from outside and inside the country since the beginning of the Syrian crisis, but few have done what Ali Wahid from Kibar village in Afrin canton did.

Wahid brought a number of remnants of the shells launched by ISIS and Turkish occupation army's mercenaries in earlier times, to his restaurant, which he called "Rajien", and planted roses in them.

While Wahid is decorating his restaurant, he says he wants to refer to peace, which Syria is losing, including Afrin canton.

Wahid said that he named his restaurant Rajien. “I am determined and I have great hope of returning to Afrin, which is looted by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries," Wahid said.

Wahid pointed out that they are fighting in al-Shahba canton in the martyrs' spirit and that they will return to Afrin.

"I did this to cultivate life in tools used in killing and I refer to peace, because the people of Afrin are peaceful people because of their constant treatment of nature," Wahid said.

It is noteworthy that hundreds of thousands of Afrin residents were forced to leave their homes as a result of the Turkish aggression on Afrin starting on 20 January.
