Politicians, Intellectuals: Turkey the biggest loser of Ocalan's isolation

The Justice and Development Government (AKP) has imposed strict isolation on Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali island prison, where his lawyers have been denied his visit since 2011, and his family since September 2016.

On this subject, ANHA agency conducted several meetings with politicians and intellectuals in Tirbê Sipî district of Qamishlo canton, where they pointed out that the AKP is trying through the special war to uproot the thought of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan in the minds of the peoples of the area.

"The people of the area find in the thought of the leader of the Kurdish people, Abdullah Ocalan, a salvation for them," the administrator of Democratic Union Party Sulaiman Hussain said.

He added that "the countries conspiring against the Kurdish people failed to limit the thought of Ocalan, because his thought is now alive in the Middle East peoples, and a lot of liberal movements in the world, and find the best solution to end the problems in the area, and turned the thought of Ocalan to a symbol for oppressed peoples ".

A member of the Intellectuals Union Marwa Hussein has pointed out "through the reading of history, we always find enemies of the Kurdish issue, especially the Turkish state is fighting the thought and culture and Kurdish victories."

Marwa has pointed out that after the peoples of the area have come to understand the philosophy of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan, Turkey has isolated him in order to prevent the wider spread of his ideology among the people of the area.

Marwa recalled the attacks of the Turkish occupation with the mercenaries on Afrin, Kobani and Şengal. The attacks came as part of his struggle to end the culture of an authentic people in the area and to keep him away from his fundamental truth.

Nassar Ali, an administrator of the Intellectuals Union, said that the lack of reassurance of the people of the area over the health of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan has created anger among all liberals in the world.

"The Turkish state lost in the inventory of the ideology and philosophy of Ocalan, because today we find a symbol coexisting with the peoples of the area, although Turkey was not the only country to participate in the international conspiracy, but failed because indigenous peoples refused to be tools used for the interests of colonized countries.”He said.
