Jinolojî will enter to curriculum in new year

The Pedagogy and Education Body in al-Jazeera region which consists of al-Hasakah and Qamishlo cantons, will open secondary schools in the academic year 2018-2019. Lessons for grades 10-11 will be given at the secondary level in their scientific and literary branches.

-The curriculum of the literary branch includes subjects: history, language (languages ​​of components and English language), geography, mathematics, society, philosophy, music, painting, sport).

-The curriculum of the scientific section includes materials: language, mathematics, physics, science, chemistry, music, drawing, sport. However, Jinolojî subject will be shared between of the two branches

The society that has been denied knowledge of the history of women for thousands of years will recognize the early history of women through the lessons of Jinolojî, the Jinolojî Committee which has been working on the preparation of lessons on the history of women since the beginning of Rojava revolution, has written three books on Jinolojî within the curriculum of secondary 1,2,3 grades this year, will be given lessons in the languages ​​of all components, and to provide clear information to students about the subject of Jinolojî will be in the summer months training two teachers, a teacher of the Kurdish component and another of the Arabic component, from each city in al-Jazeera region's cities to explain the subject.

The first secondary book consists of four sections: What is the Jinolojî? The nature of women, the identity of women in society, the liberation of sex discrimination in society. The second secondary book consists of seven sections: the Neolithic era, the age of gods, the first sexual refraction, the second great refraction of sexual culture, the capitalist age, and the resistance of women in recent decades, the socialist revolutions and the struggle for national liberation of women. The third secondary book consists of five sections: the struggle of freedom on the soil of Kurdistan, the unification and factionalism of women, the theories and projects of freedom, the duties of the Jinolojî, the fields of Jinolojî.

A member of Jinolojî committee Nupel Ahmed talked about their work to prepare the Jinolojî subject.

"The role given to women by authoritarians is not the real role of women"

Nupel noted that society has not yet been defined by women and said that "The role of women has been concealed and this has been defined in the society as a woman's nature, but we say that this role given to women by authoritarians is not their real role it is therefore important to start with the new generation not only the female but also the definition of women and the history of women for male children because the issue of  the tow gender ".
